Rob scouted the pricing at Costco and found the following:

Spare Ribs: $1.99/pound
Pork Butt:: $1.39/pound
Brisket Flats $3.79/pound (5-6 pound sizes)
Charcoal $12.49/(2) 21.6 pound bags
